In line with the ethical and governance standards commonly followed today, Toyotoshi Canada Group has established a donations and sponsorships policy to minimize any actual or perceived conflict of interest and eliminate any favoritism that goes against the values of our company. Transparency is essential to us, and we consider it crucial to provide you with the key points of our approach to give you accurate information regarding donations and sponsorships.

Every year, Toyotoshi Canada Group receives several donation requests from various sources. Our goal is always to support causes that are important to our partners, customers, and employees, as we recognize that the growth of our company goes hand in hand with our commitment to the communities where we operate: the cities of Quebec and Mississauga.

Preferred sectors Toyotoshi

Canada Group gives priority to requests related to the healthcare sector, particularly causes that benefit children, adolescents, and seniors. We also prioritize non-profit organizations, sports and cultural events, as well as causes that contribute to the advancement of our society.



Acceptance criteria

  • The applicant must be a non-profit organization or an event aimed at fundraising for a non-profit organization;
  • All requests must be sent by email;
  • The supported cause must serve to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, or specific groups of people with specific needs.

Exclusions criteria

  • We do not accept bulk requests;
  • We do not accept any requests submitted by organizations associated with religious or political causes;
  • We do not support activities taking place outside the territories served by our company, namely the cities of Quebec and Mississauga.

Our commitments

Following a sponsorship and/or partnership agreement, the applicant must provide the following information to Toyotoshi Canada Group or its dealers:

  • The context of the use of the Group’s or its dealers’ logos, as well as all opinions, positions, or events with which the names of the Group or its dealers will be associated;
  • A statistical report including information that will allow the Group or its dealers to assess the return on their investment.

A written authorization giving the Group or its dealers the right to oversee the use of their brand image, including all concepts, contexts, or decisions involving the brand image of the Group or its dealers.



How to Submit Your Donation or Sponsorship Request

  • All donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted to us through the online form at least 30 days before the event or activity. Any request submitted less than 30 days before the event will be rejected;
  • Any organization whose request is accepted must obtain approval from the Group or its dealers for any document disseminated in traditional or online media or any other document displaying the company’s logo;
  • All requests are processed via email. We do not return any phone calls regarding donation and sponsorship requests;
  • Only successful applicants will be contacted.
